Regardless of our factory moving, we have developed a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for our production process.

We only source from raw material sourcing from Halal certified poultry, and our main ingredient includes chicken meat, prawn meat, and certain vegetables. The raw material then goes through the processing stage, where the equipment is also Halal certified. Certain preparation process such as packaging still involves manual labour and our production team follows strict Halal procedures.

As part of our improvement policy, part of our finished goods is sent to the R&D division and the Quality Control division. Others are delivered to the central factory and into our cold room to be registered as our inventory.

Our finished goods are then delivered to our vendors via Dim Sum Boi, cloud kitchen operators, and our Halal e-store platforms through our internal system.
