Our current production process is nearing full capacity as our existing production team, and warehouse has not grown for the past three years while our business is overgrowing. Furthermore, our Board has decided to venture into several expansions requiring a more significant utilising area and bigger space to streamline the production flow effectively.

Our board has rented factory space in Bukit Serdang, Kuala Lumpur, and we have started to plan, design, and move our current production to the said location.

As we have rented the space during the Recovery Movement Control Order (RMCO) in the pandemic season, we are able to rent the space with a reasonable rental cost of 10,000 square foot usable area, with the ability to expand into 30,000 sqft manufacturing area cum office for our executive team.

Our plan includes getting the factory HACCP, GMP, MeSTI, and ISO certified to comply with the highest standard of factory operation and be able to produce Halal certified food. Our current Halal certificate is not transferable to the new factory space.

We have started to engage architects, engineers, interior designers, and advisors to obtain the necessary certificates. Our Board expects our production to experience slight disruption and the new manufacturing plant to be operational within nine months from publishing this Information Memorandum.
